Ultramarathon Man Dean Karnazes, with Lesley Paterson, Ben Hoffman, Tim DeBoom and other legends will join in for a group run both mornings from the host hotel. After the run the TRI-Palooza Expo opens at 9:00 am. Routes TBD.

FRIDAY: 1981 Ironman champion John Howard, who has coached 180 national champions and 20 world champions, will be presenting on ‘Personalizing your bike set up, quick altitude tuning, fast twitch recruitment and blood and nutrition.’ SATURDAY: 1981 Ironman champion and Legendary Coach John Howard, who went 152 miles per hour on the Bonneville Salt Flats to set the land speed record on a bike, is now training top cyclist Denise Mueller to break the Land Speed Record in 2015.
Breakfast with Bob kicks off with a Q&A with Dean Karnazes on Friday from 9:00am-9:30am. Two-time Ironman Champion Tim DeBoom from 12:00pm-12:30pm, a special appearance from Silver Medalist Nelson Vails from 2:00pm-2:30pm then 2nd Place 2014 Ironman World Championships mens finisher, Ben Hoffman from 4:00pm-4:30pm. On Saturday, February 21, Dave Scott, Six-Time Ironman World Champion will be interviewed courtesy of EAS Sports Nutrition. The Ultra-Marathoner Dean Karnazes from 10:00am-10:30am. The Iron Icons Kathleen McCartney & Julie Moss from 12:00pm-12:30pm discuss their classic February 1982 race at the Ironman that put the event and the sport on the map!
